Establish a holistic multi-jurisdiction overview of wealth portfolios for over 150,000 individuals in real-time, and identify commercialisation prospects for this aggregated financial data i.e. opportunities to scale the development for the inclusion of more clients; incorporate the application into financial planning processes to optimise client portfolios; apply to self-service robo-advisory services; integrate wealth data with transactional data to develop personal financial management tools etc.
Strategic adjustments to the customer journey, content and product offerings – via a single point of entry for home and car insurance resulted in trebling online performance: 330% uplift in online policy sales and 360% increase in gross written premiums within one quarter, post changes.
Determined reasons for variable penetration of e-detailing pharmaceutical tools in select East, West and Southern African markets and recommended solutions to improve acceptance. Formulated a listed company’s CSI strategy to align the Group with Uganda’s National Development Plan and established an integrated marketing communication plan to implement the project.
