Continuous learning is key to building relevant, sustainable and competent talent in a workforce. Brown bag sessions, pre-COVID-19, were opportunities for people to gather around a topic of interest over an informal lunch. In consideration of constraints experienced by companies with employees working from home, we took knowledge sharing online with virtual brown bag hangouts. Our sessions are optimised into 45-50 minute presentations to maximise attention spans and deliver engaging content, followed by 10-15 minutes of Q&A. We build employees’ capabilities to positively benefit business through proven principles that target growth and productivity.
